All I did was:
Go to the Smuckers website and click "See Details" under the Ready To Go Sandwich Offer. Fill out the form, then give your "On The Go" tip. It will then ask you to check over your info and tip and edit it if needed. Once you've done that click the "Submit" button. Then look forward to your FREE Uncrustables!!
The site is being very slow so be patient! And come back and let me know if you got one!
